Congratulations to Double Down/La Jefa (J. Hunt, L. Williamson, F. Llosa, F. Pelosini) who prevailed over Madonna Vet to win the General George Patton Jr. Cup. Patton incorporated polo into the training of his officers, noting its many attributes in the shaping of military commanders. Upon visiting his grave at the Luxemburg American Cemetery in 2024, I learned that nearly 5100 Americans are buried on the grounds, including 22 sets of brothers.
